透過ustream.tv，QuickTime Broadcaster + QuickTime Streaming server分享畫面

justin.tv還沒測試，不過應該也沒問題

CamTwist

擷取螢幕畫面的模擬裝置

SoundFlower

擷取電腦音源輸出的模擬裝置

LineIn

可將line-in訊源導至SoundFlower mix

1. ustream.tv

至 http://www.ustream.tv/ 註冊後

設定video為CamTwist及audio設定為SoundFlower即可

1. QuickTime Broadcaster

除了設定video and audio以外，還要設定Quicktime Streaming server

然後再透過rtsp收看即可

分享高畫質畫面需要透過Flash Media Live Encoder (FME)的協助

下載ustream broadcast的xml檔給FME即可
